This is an upscale version of a wicker picnic basket that is made with wicker and rope and comes with a handle.  Inside it is filled (temporarily) with treats that can't be beat.  Chocolates, Caramel Corns, Pretzels, Brittles, Sherry Walnut Pralines, Toffee, Gourmet Mixed Nuts, etc.  If you give this to a group of people, the only problem is who gets to take home the empty basket!
