Handmade in single batches, cooked and stirred by hand in copper kettles, these brittles are the real deal.  Made with pure butter, you couldn't find anything fresher.  Brittles bursting with select nuts are another Ultimate specialty.  To make these crunchy candies we combine generous portions of butter, and large whole nuts.  Small batches are then cooked to give you that home-made flavor.
