BIRDCAGE OF TOFFEE

Our toffee is made from a delicious recipe of fresh butter, Hawaiian sugar and California almonds, coated with rich milk chocolate and smothered with chopped almonds. The result is a spectacular handmade confection famous for its delicate crunch that melts away in your mouth.   Our Almond English Toffee is cooked in a copper kettle to just the right temperature.  Then it is laid out on a marble table and cut into strips.  Once the strips are cooled, they are enrobed in Belgian milk chocolate, then covered with an abundant supply of California roasted almonds.
